Free, confidential, independent advice and information on disability related issues with a focus on Welfare Benefits and Disability Rights.
Where possible, we deal with enquiries by telephone (01244 345 655) in the first instance. Alternatively a Duty Adviser is available to see people face-to-face. This is a first-come, first served Drop-In Service and you might need to wait. We offer separate appointments for help with certain welfare benefit claim forms.
As part of the Advice in Partnership consortium we work together with Cheshire West Citizens Advice and Age UK Cheshire to meet the social welfare advice needs of people across the Cheshire West & Chester area.
Advice Quality Standard – DIAL West Cheshire hold the AQS (Advice Quality Standard) quality mark for providing advice to the public on social welfare issues. We have been able to demonstrate that we are easily accessible, effectively managed, and employ staff with the skills and knowledge to meet the needs of our clients.
Christmas Hours: DIAL House Disability Rights Centre will close at 4pm on Friday 22nd December and reopen as usual at 10am on Tuesday 2nd January.
Reception: Open Mon-Fri 10am – 4pm (Closed Wed pm)
Duty Advisor: Mon-Fri 10am – 12pm and 1pm-3pm (Closed Wed pm)
