Disability services charity Dial West Cheshire’s success in establishing the community café at Dial House in Chester city centre as a warm, welcoming, space has been rewarded with a boost of funding from the Warm Welcoming Spaces Fund. The grants are administered by Cheshire Community Action on behalf of Cheshire West and Chester Council.

As part of the charity’s warm space offer, free tea and coffee continue to be available in its community café at Dial House. The ‘warm winter menu’ consisting of homemade soups, snacks and cakes is also being extended to include more meals. In addition to receiving free hot drinks, customers can access information on sources of support to help people through the cost-of-living crisis.
