The team at Dial West Cheshire are rightfully celebrating for successfully being re-awarded the Advice Quality Standard (AQS), a nationally recognised quality mark for organisations providing free, independent advice to members of the public.
Trisha Bell, Chair of Trustees said “We are so pleased to have been awarded the AQS as it shows the people using our service in West Cheshire as well as those funding our service that we are working to the best possible standards. The Board of directors and trustees are keen to ensure we offer a high quality service to our clients. Achieving the AQS demonstrates the high quality service provided by our charity and I would like to congratulate the team of staff and volunteers for maintaining such high standards.”
The AQS is awarded by the national umbrella group, the Advice Services Alliance. The ASA Director Lindsey Poole said: ‘The AQS is a tough benchmark to achieve, particularly in challenging times for the voluntary sector and our clients and we offer our congratulations to Dial West Cheshire for so clearly making the grade.’
Dial West Cheshire will proudly display the AQS logo, joining the community of over 650 organisations across the country of AQS holders.
