Dial West Cheshire – Improving the lives of disabled people

Delivering Dial Differently

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Advice and Information.

[Last updated Tuesday 5th January 12:00pm]

Following the Government’s recent coronavirus announcement that we are in national lockdown, Mobility and disability support shops are included in the list of businesses and venues which can remain open under the latest guidance.

In view of the above our Shopmobility centres in Chester and Ellesmere Port will remain open.

Whilst the latest restrictions are in place, the centres will be open from 9.30am to 4.30pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

We will continue to review the days and times our services are available, taking account of coronavirus guidance and the needs of our customers.

Unfortunately, due to the need for third parties to open their buildings, our Northwich and Winsford Shopmobility sites will remain closed until further notice.  We will however continue to operate our “Shopmobility at Home” service across West Cheshire.

Our focus is to keep people safe and well, and to be here for people in the community who need us.

We understand that people, including some who are vulnerable, need our services at this time. It has, therefore, been even more important for us to consider how we can continue to deliver these without risking the health and well-being of our staff, volunteers and customers.

While we can’t invite you into our premises, we are still here for you, we are Delivering Dial Differently through our adapted services.

Find out more about our adapted services in our Coronavirus Info Hub.

Alternatively, if you have an enquiry about any of our other projects or activities please contact us.
